    For custom made-to-order products (Wide Belts, non-standard belt sizes), we offer quantity discounts based on grit.

    Can I use a coupon code with quantity discounts?

    No, coupon codes are not applicable with any carts which contain products that are eligible for quantity discounts.

    What does 'Made to order product. Ships in 4-5 business days' mean?

    We manufacture most products at our Belding, MI based facility. Some belts/discs/rolls are not kept in inventory, but are available as a made-to-order sku. Please allow 4-5 business days to process and ship your entire order. We do not split shipments at this time.     Has my order shipped?

    After each order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking number is sent to the email address supplied during checkout. If you have a registered account, login and click "Orders" to view your order history and status.

    Do you accept returns?

    We accept returns on all unused products within 90 days of receipt of order. You can find instructions on how to return your order here.

    Please Note: We warrant that all of our products sold to our customers shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials. When operated according to our directions within specified stress limits, our products will perform the work for which they are designed. Products that prove defective under the stated limits will be replaced without charge. Red Label Abrasives will not be liable for compensatory damages beyond this warranty.

    My order never arrived.

    Log in to your account to check the status of your order. If all items have been marked “shipped” please contact customer service with your order number. If you were provided a tracking number, confirm directly with the shipper.

    I received the wrong product.
